About Sakurai-Kohno Guitars
The most important luthier from Japan, Masaru Kohno (1926-1998) built nylon-string guitars for some of the world’s most renowned players. Since Kohno’s death, the workshop has been run by the famous luthier’s nephew, Masaki Sakurai, an accomplished guitar builder in his own right. Tornavoz is the exclusive US distributor for Sakurai-Kohno guitars.
